CONTRACT AWARD

DELIVERY

Delivery times: 80% of the products you find in our store are usually delivered within 1-3 days, 15% have a delivery time of 4-12 days and 5% are goods to be home from abroad or produced only here it will typically take about 14-30 days

THE COMPLAINTS OR MISDELIVERY
All products are covered by purchase Act on 24 month warranty. The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about the deficiencies of the product which occurred within 24 months after purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects are not caused by your incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior that has led to shortages
BeneliHome be contacted before the goods are returned. Have you received defective or wrongly delivered goods or wish to complain about a product, we recommend that you use our return form, indicating the error and copy of the original receipt, to provide a faster casework. After you have used our complaint form to create a claim, you will be contacted by BeneliHome soon as possible. We will then give you instructions about the further process.
If you discover a defect in the product, you must complain within a reasonable time. If you wait too long, you may lose your right to have the defect remedied. This can occur if more than two months after you notice the defect to you complain. If the product has been damaged during transport, it is best to complain immediately - within 48 hours of receipt.

RETURN / WITHDRAWAL

Return

Missing original packaging may be an impairment, so to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the product is returned in original packaging.
